About Us
We are based in Mid Sussex and we cover the entire Southeast of England. Most of our business comes from car dealerships recommending their customers to us under the Motability scheme. We also work with many customers outside of the Motability scheme, who come to us direct to adapt their vehicle.
Our dealers give us regular feedback. Recently they have told us the four main reasons why they use us - week in and week out for vehicle adaptations.
- We always invest time in understanding each customer’s particular disability and how this impacts on their ability to drive. Only then can we decide on the adaptations that are needed. It’s like a made to measure suit.
- We are not biased towards any one manufacturer. We have handpicked the leading manufacturers in our marketplace. Manufacturers with a reputation for making high quality parts that stand the test of time. We choose discreet controls whenever possible because they tend to enhance the customer’s driving experience.
- We don’t just see our role as adapting vehicles. With 20 years’ experience, we have built up a huge amount of knowledge that encompasses for example assessment advice, where to go to for familiarisation of new controls and which driving schools specialise in helping learner disabled drivers. We share this knowledge with our dealers and customers.
- We don’t fit square pegs into round holes! Rarely, if ever, do we decline an adaptation because it is too complex or because no parts exist for it. In these circumstances we will make the parts ourselves. If you’ve been told it can’t be done, then ask us for an honest opinion.
